Drone Redesign 4 Maintenance Ops.

A 1 inch FPV drone was redesigned to optimize maintenance operations, focusing on a modular frame, designing and testing a landing gear, and prototyping a propeller removal tool to reduce Mean Time to Repair and Mean Time Between Repair, improving durability. The project aimed to enhance product sustainability, extend the product lifecycle by prolonging the EOL, and reduce maintenance costs/efforts.
